To ensure the most tranquil experience, please review the following:

Reservations: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS BY PHONE. Please call us at 802-295-1718. Often we can accommodate on a same-day basis. However, if you desire specific dates or times, please reserve at least one week in advance. If you are a group of three or more, guests should place reservations weeks in advance. If you have special requests please let the front desk know when booking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. A 20% service charge will be added to groups of four or more.

Arrival: Check-in is fifteen minutes before your first scheduled appointment. Tardy guests may have to sacrifice a part of their treatment time when there is another client to follow immediately after.

Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Professional Policy: Therapists may terminate service when experiencing a client's inappropriate language or action.

A 10% discount is applied to all services purchased by a ten pack.  Skin care and sugaring can be purchased in a six pack for a 10% discount.

Gratuities are appreciated, but not expected.
